The Research and Development of new fabrics starts with the analysis of the fabric itself. More and more often, our new developments start from the creation of new yarns, following the most up-to-date trends of color and texture. For jacquard fabrics, the first step is to create a CAD file
that shows the structure of yarns and the effects of the fabric. This file is linked to a progressive code number that is automatically transmitted to the looms to start the weaving. The speed and flexibility of this process is what makes us stand out.
The warping department is where the warp of the fabric is created.
The yarns are set and rolled around a beam that varies every time according to the fabric quality to be produced. Then, the warp is ready to be moved to the weaving department. In the past years, we began a series of updates in order to enhance our production and to reach
more and more sophisticated standards. In the warping department, we added modern machines with different characteristics that can meet any request. An example is the new warping machine Multimatic, that can produce complex warps in very short periods of time, with particular accents of color and diverse yarns.
Here the initial idea finally comes to life and the bidimensional project becomes a reality.
The weaving department comprises both Dobby looms, for the production of simple weaves, and Jacquard looms, for the production of more complex fabrics. By working on more warps on the same loom and by adjusting the settings
of the machines, it is possible to create complicated and impressive fabrics. Nowadays, all the production process and the quality of the fabrics is monitored in real time, thanks to the use of new technologies for the management of the whole production process. Our experience and desire to experiment has allowed us to create a wide and diversified collection.
We have now reached almost the end of the production process, where expert eyes and hands check each meter of the fabrics before giving the final approval.
The chemistry and technology of all the phases of finishing give to our fabrics a unique and inimitable HAND and ASPECT.
This way, the expectations of the customers are not only meet, but exceeded.
Before being shipped all over the world, the fabrics are checked once again in order to ensure they meet the high standards of quality we are used to guarantee to our customers.
OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS TAKES PLACE INSIDE OUR COMPANY FROM THE BEGINNING UNTIL THE END. THIS ALLOWS TO PROVIDE A UNIQUE, CUSTOMISED SERVICE. FROM THE CONCEPTION OF THE YARNS, UP TO THE FINAL QUALITY CHECK, EACH STEP IS CONTROLLED AND SUPERVISED.
